1) Samuel Eto’o
It’s taken the Cameroonian a little bit of time to settle in west London but it now seems as though he is getting the gist of things. From his five games he has scored once, the goal coming in the Blues’ 4-1 thrashing of Cardiff, and he has created a further two chances.
The forward has a better duel success than the likes of Branislav Ivanovic and David Luiz, winning 6/6 of his tackles and 5/8 of his take ons, and also hit the target with 60% of his shots.
2) Andre Schurrle
The German is another who struggled to hit the ground running after his summer move, but his pace and composure in front of goal has seen him play 8/9 of Chelsea’s Premier League games. He has scored once and created 11 chances, as well as completing 85% of his passes.
3) Willian
The Brazilian is slightly different to the other two as he impressed right from the off. Although he is yet to hit the heights that he has promised, he has scored once, completed 83% of his passes and looked a nuisance to the opposition whenever he has played.
