22-year-old Boca Juniors forward Jonathan Calleri is fast becoming a hot name in the international transfer tracking community, as he looks to reject Chelsea in favour of Italian club Inter Milan. Long admired by the English club, he is believed to be in the process of completing the requisite paperwork to engineer a move to Italy. However, restrictions on recruitment of Non-EU players means Inter, who have already signed their quota of Non-EU players will need to structure the deal other than ordinary.
Various news agencies are reporting that either of Atlantic or Chievo could land the player for a short while so that he can get some crucial game time under his belt in the SerieA. However, the tedious paper work almost guarantees that he won’t be able to move in the coming window.
Chelsea, who are long time admirers of the forward are almost certain to lose out on him, a move that could possibly have shifted in Inter’s favour due to probable playing time, apart from Callers being an Inter admirer.
