Although Chelsea’s performance has been dwindling this season, the Blues next season will be the most urbane looking lot. The 2016-2017 home kit for Chelsea is designed by Adidas and has some changes made to emphasize the legacy and tradition of the club.
The Chelsea shirts will consist mostly of blues and whites with the lion crest on the body and arm of either of the shirts and Adidas strips running on the sides. The new kit will lack the red accents which are present in the existing shirts. The third shirt, on the other hand, is different from the other two with marl grey and black as dominating colors and fluorescent yellow highlights, which many consider to be out of the norm of the other two and pretty refreshing.
The new Chelsea’s 2016-2017 kit was leaked in Instagram and as of now it is not a confirmed news however if these are the kit then Chelsea will be a smart lot next season. As opinions run high many seem to like the new kit better than the present one.
