Could Nando be on his way to Serie A?

Some sports press reports are coming out of Italy that Serie A giants AC Milan are carefully monitoring the Chelsea/Fernando Torres situation and that the reigning Serie A champions would be very interested in taking the troubled striker to the San Siro on loan for the season.

Could Roman Abramovich see this as a possible way out of a situation ‘if’ he could prise long time target Alexander Pato away from the Italians in a ‘swap’ loan deal?

At this stage it is only a rumour but with recent history between the clubs (Hernan Crespo and Andri Shevchenko), it could have legs ‘if’ the Italians were prepared to talk turkey with Roman with regards to Pato. A case of wait and see if anything develops for Chelsea fans?
