The Blues have agreed a deal with Anderlecht to sign their teenage striker Romelu Lukaku.
The fee is thought to be in excess of £18m, but no official details have been released. The 18-year-old just has to complete a medical and personal terms, both of which should be a formality.
Following Chelsea’s win over Rangers on Saturday Andre Villas-Boas said: “He’s an interesting young prospect.
Before adding: “The situation is now that we have to position ourselves to maybe get this kind of talent.”
The young striker is an incredible talent, he finished top-scorer in the Belgium league in the 2009-2010 when he was just 16.
