A New Blue linked in a Swap Deal for Modric

It is thought that Chelsea are going to offer Salomon Kalou as part of an exchange deal for the Croatian.
During Sunday’s goal less draw the Blues lacked pace and creativity, something that Andre Villas-Boas wants to change.
Previous offers have seen Chelsea make straight financial bids for the midfielder, but with the prospect of adding a player as part of the deal could appeal to Harry Redknapp and Daniel Levy, who have so far sent out the message that Modric is not for sale.
Kalou joined Chelsea in 2006, and has often been seen a bit-part player, yet he has still scored 55 goals in the 132 matches that he has played in.
Last week Yossi Benayoun was linked with being part of a swap deal, so we will have to wait and see what happens and if any Blues heads across London.
