Here is my starting XI story …
I started supporting Chelsea about ten years ago, having never really been into football before.
I saw a game in the local pub and completely loved it, I went to my first Chelsea game about five years ago and although I may not have been a fan for long I was hooked …
I love reading about the history of the club, I visited the old museum a couple of times and learnt something new, I lucky enough to be asked to attend the opening of the new museum which was also fasinating.
So, my starting XI would be as follows:
Goalkeeper – Petr Cech
Defence – Ron ‘chopper’ Harris & Graeme Le Saux
Central Defenders – John Terry & William Gallas
Midfielders – Dennis Wise, Claude Makelele, Frank Lampard & Roberto Di Matteo
Forwards – Gianfranco Zola & Didier Drogba
Captain – John Terry
Manager – Jose Mourinho
