Chelsea are considering their alternatives since they don’t want to make a hasty choice as they did with Graham Potter. Because of this, they hired Frank Lampard to buy them some time to make an informed decision. Enrique and Nagelsmann are two distinct managers. people who are motivated by their philosophies and values.

Enrique is a manager who adheres to the same ideology and seeks out players who can fit in with it. Meanwhile, the former Bayern Munich boss loves to play various styles depending on the team, but the fundamentals always remain the same.
