Callum Hudson-Odoi speaks out on Chelsea ambitions this season

Speaking to Sky Sports (h/t Metro), Chelsea starlet Callum Hudson-Odoi spoke out on the side’s ambitions for this season. Chelsea are sitting fourth in the Premier League and are also in with a shot at the FA Cup and the Champions League.

Chelsea have shown a marked improvement since Tuchel took over in January. They are in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup and Champions League while also climbing up to fourth place in the league.

During that time, Chelsea have displayed remarkable robustness as we have been one of the harder teams to crack open.

They are still unbeaten in 14 games, winning 10 of those. Important wins have come over Atletico Madrid, Tottenham, Sheffield United and so on. Callum Hudson-Odoi, who has starred in a new role under Tuchel, spoke out on what Chelsea want to achieve in the remainder of this season.

‘We want to win a trophy, try and get to the FA Cup final, try and get as far in the Champions League as possible and try and finish in the top four in the Premier League so that’s definitely our main aims for Chelsea.’

Chelsea are well on course to achieve those goals. We have a decent run left in the league, with only City, Leicester, West Ham and Arsenal as the top teams to play.

Our FA Cup semi-final will be tricky given how City have fared this season. Porto should not be much of a hassle in the quarter-finals of the Champions League though.
