Hudson-Odoi could sign an extension but on one condition

Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi is set to sign a contract extension only if he is assured more game time, according to the Sun.

The 18-year-old broke out to the first-team last summer but was deprived of chances. However, he was still able to make his mark with a brilliant Europa League run, bagging 4 goals and 2 assists.

The English prospect also scored a goal and added two assists his name in the FA Cup. He made his debut for the Three Lions senior team last year, the youngest ever to do so since Wayne Rooney.

Now, Hudson-Odoi has demanded the Blues a lot of playing time if he is to extend his stay at Stamford Bridge. His contract ends at the end of next season.

The Blues shouldn’t hesitate to extend the contract of Hudson-Odoi

Now, the Blues are in a fix after Eden Hazard parted ways with the club while their ban for the next two transfer window still stands.

Given this, the Londoners should seek the services of Hudson-Odoi, who has already showcased a glimpse of his immense talent. Furthermore, he has also been targeted by Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.
