The Champions League Will Come

Andre Villas-Boas has told the press in Malaysia that Chelsea will finally end their desperate wait for the Champions League.
For Villas-Boas to be seen as a success he will need to do, what those before him have failed to do to -that is to give Roman Abramovich Europe’s elite trophy.
Big names such as World-Cup winning coach Luiz Felipe Scolari, the legendary Guus Hiddink and previous winner Carlo Ancelotti have all tried and failed. Then there was also Jose Mourinho, who managed to be give Chelsea their first title in 50-years, but even the man who was self-named ‘The Special One’ could not give Roman his Champions League.
A confident Villa-Boas to the Malaysia press conference: “In the next years, for sure, the trophy will arrive in this club.
Before adding: “Chelsea have been in a couple of semi-finals and also one final in recent times – I don’t see why we can’t go on to win it.”
This is news that will delight all Chelsea fans.
