Chelsea loanee Romelu Lukaku is on his way to securing a permanent deal, this time to the Saudi Pro League

Romelu Lukaku has been the poster boy for Chelsea’s struggles in the recent past. Despite moving away from Stamford Bridge multiple times, the Belgian always found his way back to London. However, the duo are now all set to part ways as per Football. London. The striker is almost on his way to joining Saudi Arabia next summer with ‘big money’ involved.

His homecoming the last time was far from what was expected. Despite spending close to £100million, Thomas Tuchel couldn’t benefit from Lukaku’s expertise. A set of injuries followed by his public comments about the coach deepened the void between him and the club. Lukaku returned to Inter on loan for a failed stint and eventually to AS Roma.

Romelu Lukaku was reportedly forced to train with the U21 side before heading to Roma this season. The decision was enforced by the club management, giving Lukaku no chance to exchange a few words with his new coach Mauricio Pochettino. He earned a season-long loan deal to join Mourinho’s thriving AS Roma.

Chelsea want veteran outcast to seek Saudi Arabian switch if all other avenues fail this summer.

Saudi Arabia is highly likely to be Lukaku’s next destination

The Belgian international’s stint is supposed to expire by the end of this season, forcing him to seek permanent opportunities. The Saudi Pro League has been recruiting fine talents from all around the world. Romelu Lukaku looks to be a fine fit and can bring more fan following to Saudi.

Jose Mourinho feels Chelsea loanee Romelu Lukaku is loved and wanted at AS Roma.

There aren’t many options left with the 30-year-old forward.. Saudi Pro League has skyrocketed in fame after managing to bring in world-class players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar Jr., Karim Benzema and many others. The move seems nothing less than a win-win situation for the Chelsea man.
