Mauricio Pochettino is keen on keeping Real Madrid target Kai Havertz at Chelsea

Kai Havertz’s transfer to Real Madrid is anticipated to be blocked by Mauricio Pochettino since the Argentine coach wants to keep the German international at Chelsea.

Pochettino wants to include Havertz, 23, in his plans for the upcoming season given that Real Madrid has expressed a consistent interest in signing the player.

The player is, of course, contracted to us until the summer of 2025 (Transfermarkt) but even the best youngsters in the world could be swayed by the prospect of becoming the great Karim Benzema’s replacement at Real Madrid.
