James Rodriguez has been linked with a move out of Real Madrid for some time sighting turning out of favour under Manager Zinedine Zidane as one of the reasons. The Columbian player has been linked with a move to the Bridge as the Blues manager Antonio Conte is keen on signing the playmaker.
The 25-year-old midfielder has now been two options with regards to his stay in Spain. According to reports, the player has been given an option of staying at Santiago Bernabeu, only if he accepts a backup role at the club, or else leaves the club before the close of the Transfer window. Rodriguez has nine days to make his decision.
This may consequently work in favour of the Blues who have been looking to sign the player this summer as it seems clear that Real manager does not consider Rodriguez as one of his important players for the season.
