As per reports from TMW, the player’s representatives are currently in London and are in the middle of a negotiation with Chelsea about the player. However the Blues will be wise to expect competition as Napoli and Fiorentina are interested in the player as well.

The player is only 20 years old and has made 32 appearances for River Plate since breaking into the first team in 2014. He has also managed a cap in the Argentine national team and is quite highly rated too. No wonder Antonio Conte wants to try this player as a replacement for John Terry in the coming seasons.
