Chelsea decide to stick with Graham Potter irrespective of what happens in the next three games

Even though Chelsea have lost their previous five Premier League games, Todd Boehly is predicted to back Graham Potter and give him more opportunities to change the club’s fortunes.

According to experts at the Guardian (via Mirror.UK), Chelsea is committed to exercising patience during the process and does not want to make any hasty decisions.

Owners Boehly and Clearlake Capital are believed to still be Potter’s strongest supporters, and they are aware of the large squad they have assembled as a result of adding eight first-team players in January. They admire the way Potter conducts himself on the training field and think he is capable of putting Chelsea on the winning track.

Boehly has full faith in Graham Potter.

The Blues faithful are putting more pressure on the 47-year-old after his team was defeated for the third straight game on Sunday. Oliver Skipp and Harry Kane scored in a 2-0 loss for London rivals Chelsea, extending the Blues’ winless Premier League streak to five games in all competitions.

Chelsea are stuck in 10th position and needs to finish in the top four to earn a spot in next season’s UEFA Champions League. The pressure is at an all-time high for Potter who has stated that he will try whatever it takes to find the answers.

The Blues host Leeds United in a significant league match on Saturday before taking on Borussia Dortmund at Stamford Bridge the following Tuesday. Given how bad we have been since the season began, it is encouraging to hear that Boehly has faith in his manager.

Is Potter’s time at Chelsea up?

They are convinced that Chelsea’s future will not be impacted by the outcomes of the two games, and they want him to use his strategy properly.

Because it occasionally takes a manager one or two seasons to build a winning team. The squad needs significant changes and the former Swansea City boss needs to find a strong eleven.

More Chelsea News:

The players are also under pressure because of the criticism from the fans, so he needs to assemble a balanced team that can eke out victories, and also needs to create a positive atmosphere.
