Fans react as Chelsea lose 0-1 to Leicester in FA Cup final

Chelsea will have to wait for their first trophy under manager Thomas Tuchel as they were beaten 1-0 by Leicester City in the FA Cup final at Wembley on Saturday night.

It was a tightly-contested affair with chances coming few and far between in the first half, although it was the Foxes that had the better of the opportunities but the game remained goalless at half-time. Things started to open up a bit after the break though, and Leicester took the lead through Youri Tielemans a little after the hour mark.

Chelsea pushed in search of a leveler as Thomas Tuchel rung in the changes, hoping to spark a turnaround. Ben Chilwell came close while Mason Mount had a shot saved as well before the former saw a goal getting ruled out for offside by VAR as Leicester held on to clinch a historic win for the club.

As for Chelsea, this was a performance that lacked the kind of intensity that the team has shown under Tuchel, failing to conjure up much in the final third. Having now lost the FA Cup final to Leicester, the Blues needs to bounce back strongly as the top four race is still not done before we take on Manchester City in the Champions League final in a few weeks’ time.

Fans, though, were far from pleased with what they saw from the team on Saturday at Wembley. And here are some of the reactions from the Chelsea supporters.
