Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard has fueled speculations regarding his future by saying he is open to playing for other clubs in the future. Hazard’s Chelsea future has always been under the scanner as the winger’s exceptional performances for the Blues have seen him get linked with a lot of big clubs in Europe.

Real Madrid in particular, have been linked heavily with the Belgian beast and now Hazard has said that he has personal ambitions to play for other clubs.

Chelsea saw their 7 point lead cut down to 4 as they lost to Manchester United on Sunday. Eden Hazard was completely played out by Man United as he was marked tightly. They lost 2-0 at Old Trafford and it looks like the Blues need to find their momentum back to hold on to their 4 point lead. Tottenham look to be the team in form and it surely is going to be a tight finish at the top of the table.

Hazard said: “When it’s not PSG, it’s Real Madrid, then maybe it’s Bayern Munich… strangely last year there wasn’t anybody. I may also have personal ambitions to play in other clubs. But I’m trying to focus on the present, end up in Chelsea this year. I have a contract until 2020. For now, I’m here and good here.”

Eden Hazard has scored 14 goals and 6 assists in 35 appearances this season and has been in fine form as usual. He has once again led the Chelsea title challenge from the front, along with Diego Costa. Whether or not if Hazard is weighing up his options this summer is not known clearly, but it is sure he has ideas about playing for other big clubs in the future.

Hazard has been instrumental to Chelsea’s success in recent years and it will surely be difficult to replace him when he decides to leave the club. However, Chelsea have never had problems with spending huge amount of money to buy players, ever since Roman Abramovich took over at Stamford Bridge and hence buying their intended targets should not be a problem.

Hazard will surely fetch a good chunk of money and the Blues would do well to invest that money on his replacement.

Do you think Eden Hazard will leave Chelsea in the summer?
