Chelsea midfielder Mario Pasalic is set to head to Inter Milan on a loan deal. According to reports from Gazzetta Dello Sport, the 21-year-old player will arrive at Inter after “lightening fast” negotiations as they liked to term it.
The Croatia International already has two senior caps to his name, with four goals to his credit in eight appearances at Under-21 level. The midfielder spent the last season at Monaco on loan and is now set for a move to Inter on loan.
Pasalic joined Chelsea from Hajduk Split, where he started his career, in a £3m move in July 2014 and he was immediately sent to Elche on a season-long loan deal. The player then spent the following season again on loan at Monaco.
Pasalic made his international debut in September 2014 for Croatia, when he replaced Mario Mandzukic in a friendly home victory over Cyprus.
