Transfer News: Chelsea are set to battle it out for Napoli centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly.

Conte is far more hopeful of signing Koulibaly and Chelsea’s bid is structured in such a way that Napoli would receive £31.5m with a further £2.5m in bonuses.
