In the recent matches against Tottenham and Liverpool, Chelsea has displayed some work ethic that had been missing for the majority of the season. However, with the transfer window near the corner the club will look to turn the team into a group that can put in this kind of work ethic on a day to day basis.

John Terry is on his way out and if the Blues are looking for suitable replacement then they must look at Eric Bailly. The player was brought into the Villareal team as a replacement for Gabriel who left for Arsenal. The player is fast, strong and can contribute to the Chelsea defense a great deal. There are news that the player is being courted by Pep Guardiola and this means that shows how good Bailly is. Antonio Conte must act quickly and buy him before it is too late. Chelsea will need a player like him.
