Chelsea have opened the discussion with Fulham over a potential summer transfer for Moussa Dembele. The French player has scored 14 goals in 38 games and has caught the eyes of the Blues.
The 19-year-old is also linked with Manchester United and Tottenham but Chelsea are said to be the frontrunners to the player’s signature as per Get French Football.
Chelsea currently have Loic Remy, Diego Costa, Radamel Falcao and Alexandre Pato, however, all three other than Costa have passed their peak in terms of form and fitness. Moussa Dembele could give them the youth touch and add fresh legs. The player’s contract is set to run out in the summer and the player will become a free agent however Chelsea would like to tie him down with an offer to avoid losing him to other competitors. Dembele also has been nominated for Football league young player of the year award.
