Blues head to Anfield for weekend clash: The Odds

Chelsea look good value at a top priced 3.6 with bet365 to beat Liverpool at Anfield – despite the stats being against them.
The home side have won four and lost none of their last five Premier League meetings with the Blues, but there are reasons to believe that will change in this.
Why? because Brendan Rodgers’ team have a woeful record against the big sides this season.
They have only won three of 15 games against top-half opposition, and also come into the game on the back of two very poor performances against West Ham and lowly Reading which ended goalless.
Throw in the fact that Chelsea have won four of their last five league games – keeping a clean sheet in three of those victories – and you can see why the 3.6 on offer about them is simply too big and should be snapped up.
In the goalscorer markets I like the look of the odds on offer about Demba Ba whose physical presence in the box is likely to cause the Liverpool defence all sorts of problems.
He can be backed at 8 with bet365 in the first goalscorer market and 2.88 with Boylesports to net anytime.
Chelsea to win to nil also looks worth a small wager at the 6.5 on offer with bet365 given the aforementioned fact that they have kept clean sheets in three of their last four wins in the league and Liverpool have failed to net in their last two games.
In the correct score market, I like the look of a 2-0 win for Rafa’s men at odds of 19 with bet365.
