Frank Lampard: Make an impact when coming on as a substitute
Fernando Torres: Score at least 10 goals
Juan Mata: Make the Premier League team of the season
Didier Drogba: Sign a new contract
John Obi Mikel: Be more positive in possession
Florent Malouda: Find a new club
Raul Meireles: Play the whole 90 minutes more often
Jose Bosingwa: Deliver better crosses
Romelu Lukaku: Score at Stamford Bridge
Paulo Ferreira: Become a member of the coaching staff
Josh McEachran: Get some first team experience (wherever that may be)
Salomon Kalou: Become Chelsea’s highest goalscoring substitute
Ross Turnbull: Convincing performances in a cup run
Daniel Sturridge: Become a regular for England
John Terry: Keep off the front pages
Sam Hutchinson: Play at least once in the first team
Ryan Bertrand: Play at least 15 games
Henrique Hilario: Learn to kick the ball accurately
