With Chelsea’s season starting on Sunday against Stoke, Andre Villas-Boas will be delighted that Frank Lampard is expected to feature.
The England international returned to training today, following an illness that saw him sent home from the national camp.
Having recovered, the midfielder trained with the rest of the squad at Cobham’s training ground. With no new midfield playmakers being signed, Frank and his goals will be crucial if the Blues are to win back the Premiership.
