Josh going nowhere …

Chelsea will not allow young star Josh McEachran to go out on loan, as Andre Villas-Boas sees the English youngster as  part of his plans.
The 18-year-old played 17 times last season and is expected to play a lot more this season, and is regarded as the best academy prospects since John Terry came through.
Daniel Sturridge’s loan move to Bolton last season helped his development, and other Premiership managers were hoping to offer McEachran regular first-team football but AVB is keen to keep a close eye on him personally rather than loaning him out.
